By now you have seen all the hype from the September 7 Apple event. The highly anticipated iPhone 7 is out, new ear buds (including wireless), and new improved AppleWatch also debuted. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted to order, and then I watched the complete event on AppleTV.
So this girl is all about the gold “accessories” – iPhone, iPad, MacBook. And those who know me, know that my favorite color is BLACK. Wear it all the time, home decor, etc. I was sure I was getting a gold iPhone 7 – it accessorizes so well with my black. ? The I saw the pictures and videos of the new Jet Black. They have the phones in the standard colors: silver, gold, rose gold, black (a basic black) and JET BLACK, which is an awesome glossy black.
When the iPhone 6 came out, I was upset that it was larger than the 5. I like a small phone that can tuck into a tiny bag. But I have gotten used to the size. Planning in advance, I was happy to know that the 7 is the same size as the 6 so there would not be an adjustment. But after watching the Apple event and seeing the camera in the 7S, I am torn. Very torn. The photos taken with the 7S, which has 2 cameras, are stunning. The setting where you can focus on a person in the foreground and blur the background are awesome. And the larger size would be good for Instagram and other things.
The chart below (size/ weight/ dimensions/etc.) may help you decide. As for me, still deciding. ? Sigh.
